Bessie is a lovely girl with sweet temperament. She’s mellow and submissive by nature, could be shy at first met with stranger, yet able to acclimate to new environment shortly. She’s obedient and affectionate around familiar faces though; and she gets along well with dogs and cats. She’s very quiet, not a chewer or barker. Her favorite pastime is the daily walks and running at neighboring parks with play pals. The perfect family for her would be the one that is experienced in dog handling, willing to commit to training and socializing her, so her confidence will keep improving.
Bessie’s rescue story:
Little Bessie was found on the street and sent to the local shelter for a TNR job when she was only a couple months old. After neutering, we bailed her out before she got released. Being so young and fragile, the chance for her to survive out on the street is slim.
Now being recruited under our adoption program, Bessie has gone through a complete physical and is under loving foster care.
