Chanel used to have an owner who put her in a cage outside of the front door day and night, since she was 2 months old.
One of our volunteers passing her every day. She tried to offer the owner a bigger crate and persuade them to treat her more humanely instead of crating her all day. The irresponsible owner totally ignored the volunteer's suggestion; later on he wanted us to take Channel or they are going to abandon her to local shelter.
When we first took Channel, she was very shy and reserved due to lack of socialization. After a few months living with a loving foster family, Channel has made tremendous improvement. She is now ready for a brand new journey to her forever home!
Chanel is waiting for a family where she will be loved and cherished forever.
