Elijah has a sleek look, with a pair of big bright eyes and shiny coat. He’s calm and friendly, currently he’s under basic training at foster home and follows the house rules well; he'd go potty on outdoor grass, and he responds to recall very well. He likes to play with squeaky chew toys; he’s not a chewer or barker inside the house; he has a calm and friendly personality. He’s conscious when walking outside, would avoid dark spots.

Elijah's parents were owned by a negligent owner. Neither of them was neutered or got any vaccination shots. When a litter of puppies were born, their situation got worse. Their food dishes and drinking bowls were often empty. The rescuer persuaded the owner to let go of the puppies. Therefore not long after Elijah and his siblings were born, they were taken in and enlisted under the adoption program by the rescuer.
