Elliot has a pair of big bright eyes. The white fur around his month and on his chest made him stand out among his siblings. But his four white paws were suspected by local people to bring misfortune, and that made null any adoption opportunity for him locally. 
Elliot has good sanitation habits, he follows commands and responds to recall well. He’s well behaved inside the house, not a chewer or a barker. He'd be a little shy when around new environment and among strangers, it'll take him about half an hour to warm up. When being outdoors, he’s conscious and would avoid dark areas for fear of unexpected objects. 

Elliot's parents were owned by a negligent owner. Neither of them was neutered or got any vaccination shots. When a litter of puppies were born, their situation got worse. Their food dishes and drinking bowls were often empty. The rescuer persuaded the owner to let go of the puppies. Therefore not long after Elliot and his siblings were born, they were taken in and enlisted under the adoption program by the rescuer.
