About Elmer:
Elmer is a sweet young pup, very stable, yet cuddly and affectionate by nature. He is easy-going, loves being around people and is aimed to please; he loves belly rubs. He is a smart puppy and learned everything quickly. He has already mastered some basic commands and is potty trained. He is very well behaved around people, young kids, and is good with dogs and cats, either in public place or indoor. He enjoys the companion of dogs in his foster home a lot. His favorite pastime is hanging out with dogs in the park and his daily walks.

Elmer’s rescue story:
Two months' old Elmer and his sibling were wandering on a busy street searching for food. A kind lady stopped her car and took a picture of the young puppies after feeding them; their photos were posted on line later on in plea for help. Unfortunately, after only a few days, Elmer and his brother were both hit by a car. Elmer’s brother was tragically killed in the accident; Elmer survived, but fell into a gully after being hit by the car.
Knowing the danger faced by these young pups in the neighborhood, even though restrained by the tight situation to accommodate Elmer, the rescuer put Elmer under medical treatment and settled him in a foster home.
From the car accident, Elmer's left side femur head suffered a minor crack; the vet performed a surgery on Elmer later on. Now Elmer’s fully recovered, his mobility is not at all affected; he can move freely and walk and run just like any normal dog.
