About Kimmie
Kimmie is a proactive, friendly, and easygoing girl. She is very attentive to owners guidance. When meeting strangers, she is always brave enough to approach them, happily allowing herself to be petted or held. She also takes the initiative to introduce herself to other dogs. Once she gets to know you, shell roll over to show her belly for cuddles; when shes tired from playing, she can settle down quietly right where she is.
Kimmie is a huge food lover! She can "sit" politely to wait for treats and even knows how to "shake paws." She is naturally curious about new environments and loves to explore. When its time to go out, she is brimming with excitement, happily sniffing and wandering while on a leash. At the dog park, she lets her lively side shine as she runs around freely.
She enjoys the company of other dogs and is even willing to share her food with familiar canine friends; she never picks fights. As for cats, she prefers to keep a respectful distance. Kimmie is also a great travel companionshe stays calm and steady in the car without motion sickness, sitting quietly in the backseat.
With her high level of obedience, affectionate nature, and desire to always be by your side, Kimmie is the perfect, devoted companion for any family.
Kimmies Rescue Story
Kimmie was rescued from the mountainous regions of Central Taiwan.
A professional volunteer, who frequently travels to perform TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) across different regions, discovered a very friendly puppy while working in the mountains. The volunteer immediately posted her story online, hoping someone would adopt her or take over the rehoming process. After some time passed without any leads, the volunteer had no choice but to ear-notch her and release her back into the wild.
Upon seeing the post, ABC rescue contacted the volunteer to retrieve the puppy from the mountains. Since then, Kimmie has been placed in foster care, received medical attention, and undergone socialization to prepare her for her forever home.
