About Mia:
Mia is a sweet young pup with charming temperament. She adapted and thrived quickly in foster care. She is calm and stable, not a chewer or barker when inside the house. She’s very affectionate around familiar faces; responds to recall well; also gets along well with dogs and cats. She is friendly with strangers, both adults and kids. Mia’s favorite pastime is her daily walks and running at neighboring parks with play pals.

Mia’s rescue story:
One cold January afternoon, the rescuer heard puppy whimpering from a distant ditch on her regular stray feeding route. It took her some efforts to get the poor puppy out from the deep ditch. Looking around, there’s no sight of the mother dog or other siblings.
Mia was taken to the vet for check up and prepared for TNR (trap/neuter/return). Mia being friendly and social, the rescuer posted her story on FB hoping to find her a good home, before returning her back to the wilderness. We responded to the rescuer and settled Mia at foster home while preparing her for adoption. Under the care of her foster family, Mia has mingled well with other dogs and is loved abundantly.
