About Newman:

Newman is a sweet young pup, he’s cuddly and affectionate by nature.  He is easy-going and enjoys being around people.  He is smart, already mastered some basic commands and is potty trained.  Newman could be a little shy when introduced to strangers, but will warm up after 10 minutes.  He is very well behaved around people, young kids, and is good with dogs and cats, either in public place or indoor.  He enjoys the companion of dogs in his foster home a lot.  His favorite pastime is hanging out with dogs in the park and his daily walks.

Newman’s rescue story:

Nina, a mother dog, and her four puppies showed up at a park in middle of March.  They are very sweet and close to people.  It was suspected that they were abandoned by previous owner.
This stray family’s story was posted online by a volunteer who fed them regularly, hoping to find them good home.  We responded to the request; they were placed with separate foster homes and started structured training for future adoption.  Newman was one of the lucky puppies.

Newman was once critically ill shortly after been rescued, he was diagnosed of CPV2(Canine parvovirus type 2) and stayed in vet hospital for two weeks under treatment.  Fortunately, he recovered completely and is now reunited with his brother Neal under loving care at foster home.

Newman has received a clean bill of health; he quickly settled in foster home and is enjoying family life very much.  Please watch Newman’s videos to learn how much love this young pup would like to share with your family if only he’s given a second chance in life.
